Art&Forte with Art&salE - Bucintoro Cultura has kindly organised a very special exhibition and presentation at the Maggazzini del Sale in the heart of Venice on the 27th August 2010, The original salt stores of historic Venice have been renovated creating a most imaginative Art Exhibition Centre. Many famous and developing artists now exhibit their work here, along side the main shipping artery of the port of Venice.

It is also home to the famous Venice Reale Societa, Canottieri Bucintoro 1882.

Piergiorgio Baroldi vive nell’area dell’estuario di Venezia, dove svolge principalmente la sua attività, occupandosi con passione di economia turistica ed ambiente.

L’attenzione al territorio, alle persone ed agli animali che lo vivono, ha determinato in lui un progressivo interesse per la ricerca espressiva.

Dall’attività fotografica ha desunto l’abitudine ad isolare ed astrarre soggetti e situazioni, che sono diventati ora motivo di una appassionata ricerca figurativa. Ha partecipato e partecipa con proprie opere a molti eventi artistici sia in Italia che all’estero.

Biography of Piergiorgio Baroldi

Piergiorgio Baroldi lives in the estuary area of Venice, where he carries out his main activity in the tourism finance and the environmental field.

His attention to the area and to the people and animals that inhabit it havecreated his progressive interest in expressive research.

He chooses and isolates abstract subjects and situations from photographs, which have now become part of his impassioned figurative research.

He exhibits his works both in italy and abroad.
