The designer of the Fiat 500, Dante Giacosa.

The Fiat 600 was introduced in 1955. It was a big utilitarian automobile with the engine mounted in the rear. The New 500 was released in 1957. By 1960, the Giardinetta version was produced - a precursor of the Station Wagon. This was also the time when the Fiat 1300, 1500 and 1800 were released.

The charter of Societa Anonima Fabbrica Italiana Automobili Torino was signed on July 11, 1899. Giovanni Agnelli was on the Board of Directors. He was determined Fiat would be highly successful and had great strategic vision. He became Managing Director of Fiat in 1902.

would like to thank everyone who has helped me with my fundraising drive to Italy last year which I completed without any major problems, you can read about the journey by clicking the link below,
did not realise how much work and how hard it is to raise money for a charity, I was hoping there would have been more help from the news media and maybe local news but I think you have to be some one big and famous to get their help.
would like thank the Classic Weekly paper for printing a small item in and the C.T.Live in It lay for there big feature in their magazine in Venezia coverage.
We made the hand over of the money raised  in Italy to the 118 rescue service for a total 500 Euros, I hoped I was going to raise more than this. With all the work put in to this it feels the result should have been a lot more.
For the UK we are arranging the hand over of the money raised in England, this has now come close to same amount as Italy, there was a lot more work here with all the shows visited in total there were 12 shows including classic car shows, shopping centres and restaurants, all of the days where very long and some required a lot of organising.
All this work and 1200 miles for just  500.00 for each charity !

I have one last chance to raise more money to help both charity's. You will have seen we have a painting kindly painted and donated by, P. G. Baroldi, a contempary artist, famous in Venice is offered for sale. I was hoping  one of the big Art  Auctioneers might help out, but so far non have taken it up.

So if you have any ideas or any contact to help  with this last chance to raise some more money for the Air Ambulance, I will be grateful.
